Christian Perspectives

When I was an undergraduate student at university

I was fellowshiping with other Christian students
concerned at the godless secular humanism
being taught
and we determined to develop Christian Perspectives.

I had a conviction
"Jesus is the answer."

and made a committment to the Lord
that I would write Christian Perspectives
in my essays and exams,
(I was studying the humanities)
if He would reveal His truth
and the supporting evidence.

It was an amazing journey

Recovery from Sexual abuse or any abuse in Childhood.

For two  years I saw survivors being frustrated, me included.

there were many insights

understandings of the effects of the abuse

and our reactions

but the chains remained

many remained in torment and depression.

I was going in circles.

I resolved   to ask the Lord  for an understanding

His way.

the message this morning opened this site.

Wisdom.

                         "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."

Understanding.

"Search the scriptures

for in them you think you have eternal life"

        The scriptures and good teaching  and discernment
and sound reasoning  give us an understanding of what we face i life.

        Hold fast to the truth.

         Romans 1  contains a warning   "they exchanged the truth for a lie"

         elsewhere it says " their consciences seared with a red hot iron."

this site is fresh off the press - at the concept stage
I felt the Lord gave it to me in church this morning
